The client are a construction firm seeking an immediately available Accounts Payable clerk to join them for a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave. Based in Loughton, the role will involve processing invoices (200 per week), a weekly payment run and manual coding of invoices.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account mailbox
- Print invoices (using COINS)
- Process invoices (up to 200 per week)
- Payment run, weekly
- Purchase orders
- Manually code invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
Profile
The successful candidate will be immediately available or on a week's notice, have experience in Accounts Payable and be able to commute to Loughton for full-time work. If you have experience using COINS or other construction software this would be advantageous.
