My client is looking for an immediately available Service Charge Analyst to join the team immediately for 4 months.

Description
- Day to day management of third-party billing agents
- Detailed analysis of data performance
- Review of existing contractual relationships, contract management, maximising income recovery
- Budget responsibility
- Ensuring compliance
- Assist in the effective collection of service charges for all properties
- Provide specialist advice and guidance
- Ensure that the database and mapping used for rents and service charges is up to date
Profile
- Good level fo IT skills
- Highly numerate and excellent skills in working with data
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide an excellent customer focused service
- Contract and budget management
Job Offer
£16/17ph (£20 umbrella)
