Product Control APAC Financing

We Offer

Primary Business face off to AFG Front Office for its public side of the structured lending business, responsible for effective / efficient execution of Product Control under BFO responsibility.
Due diligence pre and post trade for accounting compliance across multiple GAAPs.
Key liaison point to VRC and other functions within or outside PC as business advisor on various valuation, accounting, disclosure or regulatory matters.
Manage a team of 1, engage, challenge and strengthen the team.

You Offer

You hold industrial experience of 10 year plus with broad exposures across various aspects of product control.
You will report appropriately on control related matters in line with the firm's policy.
You have a deep understanding in complex accounting matters across USGAAP, IFRS and Swiss GAAP, particularly around financing activities.
You are able to perform due diligence over complex financing deals pre and post trade through NB, PTVRA or other forums to ensure P&L, B&S and OBS recognition are aligned with various relevant GAAPs and where it's fair valued, ensure the position is accounted for at fair value in consultation with valuation controller.
You have SME knowledge in PC related matters and complex financing transaction.
You possess the ability to lead key business partners and provide effective solution to ad hoc demands.
You can develop positive relationships along with possessing strong negotiation skills.
You have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
You are committed, ambitious, can lead, challenge and manage the team, contribute to the broader CFO society.
