Accounts Payable Analyst

This role will suit a highly organised and detail oriented Accounts Payable Analyst with a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the Financial Services sector. In this newly created position you will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function.

My client is a large, privately funded quantitative trading firm with their European Head Office based in the heart of London. They trade across all major asset classes with a strong track record of success through all market conditions.

Description

Reporting to the local Finance Manager your responsibilities will include the following;

• All AP processing across Netherlands and Asian entities
• Three way matching for purchase orders and vendor payments
• Manage vendors and respond to all queries in a timely manner
• Support the AP team lead where required
• Ad hoc support at month end to the wider finance function

Profile

To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise projects in a busy environment.
