Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Robert Half are proud to be recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader for an established International manufacturing organisation with a difference, this role is ongoing temporary.

Our client manufacture pet retail products in house and supply to UK and wider Europe, if you are looking for a varied role with great opportunities to expand on your existing experience, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Title: Accounts Receivable Team Leader
Location: North Somerset
Salary: £13 - £14 per hour
Full-Time: Ongoing Temporary

Main responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the Sales Ledger
  
• Management of the Accounts Receivable Team
• Ensuring timely collect of debt
  
• Assisting with queries as required
• Minimising overdue debt
• Weekly reporting of aged debt across all countries
• Reconciliations of invoices
• Lead invoice financing audits
• Analysing monthly stock returns and credit notes.

General requirements:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Highly competent with IT, and experience using an accounting software
