Finance System Support Manager/Business Support Manager

Responsibility:
• Provide Microsoft D365, Sun System, Workday, Concur business process support to Operational, Functional and Commercial Finance teams
• Work with the implementation and data migration teams to ensure the proper capture of key data into Media system and D365 implementations
• Support projects to achieve improved productivity of Media system and D365 usage
• Work with Local IT support to assist with troubleshooting interface issues
• Assist with maintaining security team, roles and access

Key Accountabilities (Implementations)
o Assist with business and technical impact assessments
o Support the China finance and broader APAC finance communities to ensure the Media system and D365 design uses best practices, meets the needs of the business and facilities standardization of process and configuration
o Where applicable align processes, share best practices and develop roadmap from existing processes(tools) to the Media system and D365 process
o Assist with the creation and delivery of localized training materials
o Provide guidance and solution support to the implementation team
o Understand and apply the Media System and D365 Roles and Security Matrix for each unit
o Help identify, coach and train users in the D365 processes
o Assist data migration activities

Key Accountabilities (BAU)

• Provide process and Media system/D365 knowledge across the Operational, Functional and Commercial Finance organization. Acting as a change agent/control and deliver efficient solutions around the Record to Report, Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash process
• Act as a liaison with business users to communicate change requests, translate business requirement into functional requirement applying best practices both for processes and system
• Development of functional scenario based test scripts and test data to support all solution testing and analyse the results
• Provide daily support on functional Media system and D365process
• Provide support and reconciliation on media, workday, concur interfaces
• Assist with the change control and enhancements of the Media and D365 System solution
• Coach and train business users
• Own training materials and associated collateral for Post - Pilot implementations
• Communicate Media and D365 System objectives, tools and successes to wider business community
• Interact with internal customers to manage expectations and resolve issues, including the facilitation of team and customer meetings
• Track progress of project deliverables and proactive in identifying, escalating and managing issues to meet project deadlines
• Analyse аחԁ provide recommendations for enhancements to processes аחԁ system
• Work with Internal Audit and IT interface leads to ensure the BPC interface provides audit trails and ensures "drill-back" logic(mapping) for reconciliation/analysis and segregation of duties
• Support any migration efforts from D365/SAP to Media Ocean Financials for China and across APAC countries in line with future project plans
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

What you'll need:
Minimum of 5-7 years senior experience supporting Finance/Accounting
modules. Good knowledge of Microsoft D365, Media system, Sun System, SAP,
Workday, and Concur
Preference for candidate to have prior consulting experience
Experience with finance systems implementation across APAC
region
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to speak Mandarin and English as 2nd language
Demonstrate ability to add value to the business through
business process improvement initiatives
Financial Accounting knowledge required
and have an understanding/exposure on process and transaction cycles
within a finance department and how these interact with the core accounting/reporting
systems.

your own initiative.
