Job Description
Position Title: F&C Business Controlling Executive Mission (purpose of the job)
Reports to: Business Planning Manager
Main Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators
Mission(purpose of the job)
Work in Nespresso China Finance & Control team and perform FP&A function to B2C & B2B Channels. Play as a business partner with different functional departments, driving the business with compliance of Nestle Group guidelines, and providing substantial Internal Reports to Key stakeholders such as Marketing, Retail, E-Commerce, Supply Chain and B2B.
Main Responsibilities
Budget control
•
• Contribute to the annual budget and MBS (Market & Business Strategy) process (B2C & B2B Channels), mainly focus on Retail & new product line.
•
• Coordinate with Retail stakeholder proactively as trustworthy F&C partner, support growth of offline business(Trade & Retail) & responsible for End-to-End process and takes a multi-dimensional view of the business, connecting the needs of customers and the organisation with an overview on market contribution.
Reporting
•
• Prepare Monthly Business Planning to HQ (mainly Monthly & Quarterly DF, MBS).
• Assist in the establishment of the commercial plan with financial elements such as general budget, MBS and make the necessary financial simulations.
•
• Be a coordinator with finance packages, NNMS, NNWS, CAPEX, communication with Nespresso HQ is needed.
Internal Control
•
• As a co-partner with OC team, assist to implement IC check according to Nestle Group guidelines.
•
• Selling Price comparison from various sales channels, including online & offline. Providing business insights which can help commercials to make the rightful strategic decision.
Business Controlling
• Provide market management with information with Retail operation focus, analysis and expert insight to support, challenge and steer the market towards growth, optimal performance and sustained long-term profitability
• Pro-active work with HQ project team, understanding the purpose of new projects, introduce "WHAT" & "HOW TO" to local market, eventually implement it in China market and monitor the progress in a certain basis.

• ROIC & Pre & Post Evaluations for each campaign and new stores.
• KPI Dashboard maintenance & development for the Monthly Mancom Meetings
• Channel Profitability & Cost Centre Profitability & Product Line Profitability
