  • Report directly to the Vice President Internal Audit.
Projects/responsibilities may include:
  • Execute audit testing procedures and prepareaudit work papers;
  • Assist with drafting preliminary observations,recommendations, presentations and other materials for management and the AuditCommittee of the Board of Directors;
  • Build collaborative and trusting relationshipswith process owners, management, and other cross–functional stakeholders;
  • Assist with other ad–hoc assignments asneeded, which may include updating the SOX templates, updating/developingprocess documentation, working with process owners to gain an understanding ofprocesses and identifying process risks and mitigating controls.
Qualifications:
  • Student currently enrolled in an undergraduate (Senior) or graduate business program in Accounting or Finance;
  • Completed Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA;
  • Applicants must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular, part–time/full–time basis now and in the future;
  • Effective organization, analysis, project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
