Main function of job:
- Responsibility for the sales of all remotely held license products for the Dublin Plant
- Responsibility for the global netting facility
- Support of the AICL GDP Quality Management System
- Support the transition from current SAP system to new global platform.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Licensing Business
- Responsibility for processing of all Dublin licensed product sales to Europe, USA, Canada and Asia
- Responsibility for processing of bulk sales invoices for Dublin shipments
- Responsibility for raising all purchase orders for the US & Asian affiliates for completion of invoicing process
- Responsibility for processing of all purchases of the API (Mirabegron) to support the formulation process in the manufacturing plant in the US
- Liase with Astellas Japan on any variances
- Main point of contact for the automatic invoice processing facility
- Liaison with the relevant affiliates in terms of shipping issues
- All procurement and supply activities carried out must be conducted in accordance with the AICL IB quality management system for GDP and EU GDP Guidelines for medicinal products for human use (2013/C 343/01). Note: AICL activities do not include physical handling of products.

Treasury
- Responsibility for AICL within the Global Netting Facility
- Upload of all sales invoices to netting by the strict guidelines
- Reconciliation of the netting report on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for all variance investigations and settlement of disputes.

Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA) Responsibilities
- Actively support the Quality Management System and perform reviews to assess the performance of its processes.
- Support GDP requests for master data creation and any change controls/deviations as required
- Escalate issues to Senior management and the GDP Responsible Person as required
- All procurement and supply activities carried out must be conducted in accordance with the AICL IB quality management system for GDP and EU GDP Guidelines for medicinal products for human use (2013/C 343/01)

Other
- Involvement in control & development of systems (primarily the transition to new global SAP platform) and internal controls both within the finance department and site-wide
- Ensure compliance with JSOX requirements
- Promotion of cost awareness on site
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards associated with cGMP, ISO 14001, EMAS, Health & Safety Legislation, Environmental Legislation, and also all site standards, policies, and procedures.
- Other issues and project work as directed by the Senior Manager International Business.

Qualifications/education required:
- Business Degree
- Beneficial to have Accounting Technician Qualification but not a requirement
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting environment
SAP system experience/implementation is a distinct advantage
Word, Excel.
