REQUIREMENTS
CA (SA) qualification;
B.Com/Compt degree compulsory;
Relevant experience in a Group Accountant role will be advantageous;
Relevant experience in SAP & VIP advantageous;
MS Office essential and above average working knowledge of Excel;
Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
The ability to communicate and present at all levels;
Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and analyse monthly reports for the Group;
Preparation of Annual Budgets and consolidation;
Preparation of requirements for Annual Statutory Financial Statements;
Preparation of Schedules and Reconciliations supporting the Annual Financial Statements;
Reconciliation of accounts and Contract Analysis;
Cash Flow forecast and variance analysis;
Ensure conformance to Group Policies and Procedures;
Responsible for Risk, Governance and Legal matters for the Group;
Ensure compliance to Group and Company Policies and Procedures;
Interpret, control and manage computerized reporting systems;
Understanding of internal control procedures and ability to develop and co-ordinate improvements in this area;
Control Income Tax requirements for the group;
Daily Treasury and Banking reporting
Bank account maintenance
High performance required in terms of daily financial management;
Ability to formulate and implement strategic strategy;
Manage all audits and group requirements;
