Our client in the Logistics Industry is looking for a Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper
to join their organisation on a permanent basis. Salary R15,000 - R17,000 depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of five years working experience in an accounting or Bookkeeping function to Balance Sheet
- Must have solid working knowledge of Pastel Partner (Technical skill advantage)
- Sound knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
- Proficiency Computer literacy in Window, MS Office (Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation)
- Statutory returns preparation and submission
- Working knowledge of E-filing
- Preparation of Budgets
- Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, pressurized environment
- Strong recons
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service and excellent verbal, written, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Clear Credit and Criminal records
- Post matric bookkeeping or Financial Degree/ Diploma an advantage
- Own transport
