Job Description :

Our Client is one of the leading global sports apparel MNC with a prestigious history.Responsibilities:
  • Manage Entities General Ledgers
  • Ensure timely and accurate Month End Closing, Flux Analysis, and Quarterly Reporting
  • Support Balance Sheet Schedules Reconciliation
  • Quarterly GST Reporting Preparation & Review
  • Support Compliance, Controls, Audit, and Tax matters
  • Continuous Process Improvements with best practices and metrics reporting
  • Collaborate & Engage with key stakeholders towards effective relationships
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements and related system changes
  • Understand cross-functions dependencies to mitigate risks relative to process change
  • Ensure updates/maintenance/review is up-to-date
  • Any other projects and ad-hoc assignments assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy/Chartered Accountant or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in General Accounting experience in Shared Services or Fast-paced MNC environment
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
  • Must have strong understanding of Record to Report process and operational experience
  • Proficient in Singapore GST reporting
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS & US GAAP Statutory requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and leadership
  • Ability to work effectively crossorganizationally and cross-culturally
  • Ability to drive for results through ownership and continuous passion for improvements
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and negotiate resolution
  • Strong interpersonal awareness skills
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
