Job Description:
  • Supporting business on Strategic Planning, Operational Planning and Control
  • Helping drive key initiatives for growth and performance improvement with transformational focus on Analytics and Automation
  • Budgeting: Planning for Revenue, Profitability and Operating Metrics
  • Interfacing with Technology Horizontal and Industry Vertical POCs to drive interlocked goals
  • Forecasting: Monthly forecasting of Revenue and Margins
  • Interacting with Commercial and Delivery teams to drive operational excellence initiatives for improving operational efficiencies and meeting business goals
  • Driving margin improvement plan alongwith BU Stakeholders
  • Conducting / facilitating business reviews with Operating and Financial metrics
  • Pipeline management and sales operations for the BU
  • Resource management – demand validation, hiring approvals, etc
  • Supporting COO on specific assignments from time to time
  • Supporting BU Head and Senior Client Partners on various processes leveraging Cognizant systems



  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Written and Verbal)
  • Expert on Excel and Powerpoint
  • Skilled on analytical & visualization tools like R, Tableau, Python, Hyperion etc
  • Commercially savvy with strategic orientation
  • Self-driven, Team player with strong inter personal skills
