Temp to Perm Assistant Accountant - Cardiff (St Mellons) £12-£13 per hour
Your new company
Your new organisation are based near St Mellons in Cardiff and are looking for a part-qualified or experienced assistant accountant to join their team on a temporary basis with a strong possibility of it going permanent.
Your new role
Your primary duties will be accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial accounting responsibilities. Additionally, you will be maintaining financial records, provide monthly debtor reports to departments and debtor quarterly accrual figures to the Management Accountant. You will also be responsible for downloading and preparing daily bank posting and reconciliations, preparing daily cash sheet and cash forecast.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will either be AAT level 4 qualified or part-qualified. You will have at least 5 years' experience working within an assistant accountant role and be competent carrying out all accounts payable and receivable duties as well as financial accounting responsibilities.
