Duties
  • Preparation and posting of general ledger journal entries
  • Management of the accounts payable function
  • Ensure all costing's and overhead are allocated correctly to various divisions
  • Maintaining and processing weekly payroll
  • Ensure general ledger postings are correct and provide detailed analysis of various accounts
  • Bank reconciliations (10 bank accounts)
  • Supplier reconciliation and payments

Person
  • Experience in a busy accounts department.
  • Good people skills and ability to develop a rapport with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Good computer and administration skills with excellent experience of MS Office suite and Sage
  • Ability to take ownership of designated areas of responsibility
