Treasury Manager

 Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of importation activities.
 Manage relationships with banks, and meet with corporates management banks to plan cash management vs., FX needs.
 Forecast daily cash needs and execute daily treasury decisions.
 Develop and enhance treasury management and reporting processes.
 Manage all aspects of in-house daily work.
 Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits the company's requirements.
 Timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury statements and related disclosures.
 Analyze treasury and importation results and stipulate corrective actions whenever needed.
 Monitor treasury activities and banking functions in a manner that improve the highest return on liquidity.
 Monitor and manage bank service fees.
 Develop and implement operational KPIs and performance analysis.
 Provide managerial and treasury reports to support decision-making
 Forecast monthly FX and cash requirements and execute daily financing decision.
 Develop and manage the budgeting process including effective planning and assumptions.
 Prepare the company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
 Evaluate, develop and implement treasury/cash systems to meet the company's needs and to optimize efficiencies.
 Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements.
 Assess risk/return tradeoffs and determine the company's treasury risk.
 Overseeing internal operating control, processes and practices.
 Coordinating with the Internal Audit management to make sure:
• Financial statements and reports are reliable.
• Day-to-day operation runs smoothly.
• Adequate Compliance with Egyptian Laws and Regulations exists.
 Integrate and document treasury and related accounting processes to maintain strengthen internal control.
 Assess treasury performance benchmarks and recommended changes when warranted.
 Develop and maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, including warehouses, banks and strategic business partners.

 Ensure all Finance team members are well-supported to deliver an excellent performance.
 Undertake other duties as required by the Head of Finance
