The Change Manager/Business Transformation Specialist (CM/BT Specialist) is responsible for the delivery of change management activities for projects and other initiatives. This incorporates responsibility for establishing best practice change management, communications and stakeholder engagement frameworks in addition to ensuring that appropriate governance and control mechanisms are in place.

The role operates closely with Transformation Sponsors and Executives, Senior Leaders, Business Champions and other Change Agents to establish buy-in, and the procedures and capabilities required by staff to adopt and utilize new processes and systems.

By increasing employee adoption and usage the CM/BT Specialist plays a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget.

Work you'll do:

  • Design and support the establishment of a common change management practise across the organisation to serve and support the successful delivery of technology based initiatives
  • Develop change management processes and tools to support solution integration and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead change management elements of project delivery
  • Grow and augment the change management capability within the organisation by mentoring and guiding other Change Agents
  • Provide implementation advice to project team members, business stakeholders and senior executives regarding change related issues
  • Develop and deliver reports to the organisation on the delivery of change management plans within projects and programs of work
  • Conduct stakeholder identification and impact assessment analyses to understand transformation impacts on disparate groups
  • Understand organisational culture and determine and implement the correct strategy to facilitate change across the organization
  • Facilitate workshops to enable consultation with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate transformation and to manage and minimise the impact of change on business operations
  • Engage with business stakeholders to identify objectives, concerns and issues of key stakeholder groups
  • Establish and deliver stakeholder engagement and communications activities
  • Facilitate trust and co-operation between business and technology groups
  • Liaise with training groups to develop training materials and to facilitate workshops, training and communications sessions
  • Identify and analyse transformation risks, and develop and implement associated risk mitigation plans
  • Assist and support organisational design and roles and responsibilities definition activities
  • Working Location: O pen to Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Shenzhen


Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience working in project/change management or business transformation within a professional services organization
  • Detail oriented and high sense of responsibility
  • With Business-oriented mindset and problem solving attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure with good multi-tasking skills
  • A quick learner, self-motivated and driven
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skill
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese
