Job Title: Assistant Accountant Location: Glasgow City Centre Salary: £22k - £25k DOE Eden Scott have a new Assistant Accountant vacancy, based in Glasgow City Centre. Our client is a young but thriving business who are well known name in the west of Scotland. Currently in the process of implementing some exciting growth plans - now would be a great time to join and grow with them! We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar position, able to work within a small finance function, reporting directly into the Finance Manager. Working in a small but busy team, you will be tasked with the following: Manage purchase ledger processes Manage treasury banking Take accounts to trial balance Assist with general month end duties Cover for payroll when required Support Finance Manager with any ad-hoc duties Experience Operating in a similar position Experience of working within a small, busy team Able to work to tight deadlines Adaptable
