Senior Management Accountant required for growing SME in Bournemouth with fantastic brand presence and a reputation for looking after the well being of their employees.

My client is a brand leader in their field and growing at an impressive place. Plans for this year include new office expansions, implementing new accounting software and strengthening the finance function to support the periods of high growth.

Description

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Senior Management Accountant will produce monthly management accounts to assist the Board in making financial and strategic decisions.

This will include analysis of the accounts and assistance with the implementation of new accounting software - Microsoft NAV, as well as taking the lead on the generation of a new management accounts package to incorporate our new group structure.

Previous management accounting experience is a must and experience in Microsoft NAV would be ideal.

Profile

You'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in preparing management accounts.

You'll need to display excellent leadership skills so either hands on managerial experience or the ability to demonstrate those qualities will help your application.

My client has two large projects for 2017 so a positive approach to work and a high level of energy are needed.
