What will your typical day look like?

Step into our team of creative and passionate auditors determined to provide private clients with exceptional service. As a Director in Deloitte Private (DPR), you'll work alongside Partners to handle tender processes, deliver quality audit engagements and handle budgets & negotiating fees and lead high performing teams.

Flex your management experience as you lead and motivate and mentor junior members in your team. You will build and manage client relationships, while having access to a great number of education and leadership training opportunities, which will support and drive career development and growth.

With a keen eye for opportunity, you'll be the first to spot areas of growth and development for the business.

Welcome to Deloitte Private Audit - a specialist audit practice that focuses purely on the private and middle market. Our collaborative team values hard work and is committed to offering advice to a list of top-tier private clients ranging from start-up founders through to established household names.

Our DPR Audit team offers specialist solutions that empower clients with a crystal-clear understanding of their financial position. We don't just understand our clients' businesses and industries, we excavate major opportunities and identify risks beyond traditional audit functions!

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager/Director with:

• Relevant CA or the equivalent qualification
• 7-10 years of experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment, combined with a proven track record leading successful teams with a focus on high quality and performance
• A strong client focus to handle a portfolio of diverse clients and engagements at a time
• Experience managing complex interactions with internal and external stakeholders, especially within the Victorian private market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and a shown interest in business development initiatives as well as strong networking abilities
