Our Client is one of the leading global sports apparel MNC with a prestigious history.
Responsibilities:

• Intake Business requirements and set up end to end operational accounting process in compliance with Companys policies, SOX requirements and local statutory filing requirements, comprising of 4 key accounting activities:
• Inventory: standard costing & valuation, material ledger settlements, tracking existence and accuracy of deemed raw materials sell through to finished goods
• General Ledger: Financial close & variance analysis, Bank clearing, Quarter end accruals
• Receivables: Monthly invoicing, aging, collections and clearing
• Payables: Monthly recording of supplier invoices & timely payments
• Implement System capability:
• Support SAP system capability implementation & testing of operational accounting flow
• Superuser for SAP FI module, partnering Supply Chain Operations in SD & MM Module
• Plan & Execute Phased Pilots
• Responsible for Fiscal Year end
• Ensure timely fiscal/statutory close and accurate Company internal (Income statement, Balance Sheet Schedules, management reporting) & external reporting (GST, Annual audited financials, Corporate Tax filing, US GAAP reporting)
• Performs other duties as assigned or required
• Partnering Support
• Support Operations Manager cross functionally with identified stakeholders such as Global Procurement, Global Value Stream, Global Tax & Legal teams to analyze end to end financial system and process impact are in compliance to statutory, tax and internal control requirements
• Play an active role to ensure successful execution of phased Pilots as necessary to enable, stabilize and fine-tune business process for Scale

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or ISCA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications
• At least 5 or more years of accounting experience, preferably gained in a large public accounting firm/US MNC
• Hands-on SAP FI, inventory experience and familiar with US GAAP is essential
• Experience in end to end SAP system and business process implementation would be an added advantage
• Possess good problem-solving skills and initiative, a strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for details and process improvements
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environment with great amount of ambiguity and embrace changes for team success
• An active team player in forging towards a common direction of the team

• Up to S$4K Base+attractive benefits+1 mth completion bonus!
• 1year contract, may renew or convert depending on performance or business needs
