Senior Financial Accountant

The role of Senior Financial Accountant has come about due to internal moves. The client is looking to bring someone in to the Financial Reporting & Accounting team on a 12 month FTC basis.

Client Details

The client is based in Central London, with multiple tube stops within 10 minutes walking distance from the office. They are a successful and well known Management consultancy company.

Description

This role will be within an accounting team of 5 and you will have an array of responsibilities including month end submission and review, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing and posting journal entries, preparation of consolidates statutory financial statements and tax returns. Within this role you will also be the main point of contact for the year end audit and the statutory filing compliance. The role will be varied, and will also include ad hoc projects working alongside the Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager.

Profile

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA fully qualified. A background/experience of working within a professionals services company is going to be an advantage. The successful candidate will need to have a broad experience of accounting to include, month end, statutory accounts, audit and tax. You will also need to demonstrate that you can integrate well into a team, roll your sleeves up and hit the ground running. The successful candidate will either be straight out or practice or of had up to 3 years post qualified experience.
