Finance and Contract Support Manager

Robert Half are currently working with a commercial real estate services and investment firm. The company is the largest of its kind in the world and operates more than 450 offices worldwide and has clients in more than 100 countries. The organisation offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services. Due to continuous growth and new wins they are seeking to recruit a new Finance and Contract Support Manager

As a Finance and Contract Support Manager you will be report directly to the Divisional Finance Director. As part of your responsibilities you will; Prepare annual Business Unit plans in conjunction with the BU director and contract manager, prepare accurate Business Unit reports in line with company timetable including full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary, Balance Sheet extracts and reconciliations, and detailed Project Profitability reporting. You will fully comprehend the financial and commercial detail of contracts to ensure optimal performance and risk management and also provide financial and contract support leadership and direction in the Business Unit.

Salary & Requirements: £55-60k + Further benefits including a yearly bonus. All candidates must be fully qualified and have had significant management accounting experience with commercial exposure. Prior contracts and outsourcing experience is highly desirable but not a prerequisite.
