Finance Manager

Company

A fast growth Technology organisation is currently recruiting the position of Finance Manager based in there London office in Victoria. This company is a rocket ship that has just gone through the R&D phase and has a massive pipeline of sales forecasted for the next couple of years.

This company has a very impressive product with unique market offering into the transportation sector assisting them with information delivered to the public and managed by SAAS software. Spearheaded by very impressive London Based entrepreneurs, who have built and sold successful business in the past. They are looking for a sole finance manager to work alongside them and assist through this stage of growth, more than likely hiring below them within the first 9 months. You will be responsible for the full finance function and will get involved in raising equity for the expansion period,

Role

• Production of monthly, quarterly and year end reports & management accounts
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Preparation of data for statutory accounts
• Liaison with reporting accountants/tax advisors (BDO)
• Liaison with HMRC and other tax authorities
• Management of P&L and Balance Sheet
• Cost control & variance analysis
• Management of revenue recognition
• Sales and purchase ledger input
• Debtor/creditor control
• K. and Slovenian VAT and other returns
• Supply of finance data to support R&D tax credit applications
• Setting up/authorisation of multi-currency payments & cash flow management
• Inventory accounting with primary manufacturer
• Data protection compliance
• Payroll & pension management

You're profile

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 1-2 years plus PQE experience
• Hands on finance experience
• Strong communication skills

Salary and Package

£55,000 -£60,0000 + Bonus and Benefits
