Project Finance Assistant

Robert Half are working in partnership with a growing, well recognised company in Oxford to recruit a Project Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is seeking a challenging, varied role that is also heavily involved with projects within the business. This is a full-time permanent role, offering a salary between £20,000 - £23,000 plus study support.

The Role

As the Project Finance Assistant, your main responsibilities will consist of:

• Providing reporting information for the projects teams and finance management
• Completing budgets for the projects
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial reporting
• Updating project finance review packs
• Ensuring the statistics for the projects are correct
• Uploading budgets onto accounting system
• Assisting with year-end audit

Requirements

• Must have a minimum 1 year experience within a finance/accounting role
• Ideally an AAT/ACCA/CIMAstudier
• Good attention to detail
• Resilient
• Hard work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Competent user of Excel; lookups, pivot tables would be beneficial

Salary & Benefits

Our client is offering a salary between £20,000 - £23,000, study support, 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension scheme, career development opportunities, excellent office facilities and other benefits.
