Lead Analyst Performance & Attribution
Performance – Possess strong understanding towards performance measurements, GIPS Standards and attribution. Functions as an SME in the business as first point of contact for the team as well as onshore stake holders. Provides guidance to the team, trains and coaches them to develop functional experts within the business. Serves as an expert and trouble shoot team queries. Possess strong understanding to performance tools used in the industry and works towards building technical expertise. Works on process automation and efficiency techniques'. Manages team audit needs as a first point contact to the auditors. Conducts team huddles and plans the day for the team. Works closely with the onshore stakeholders, agree on goals, projects and tracks them to closure. Listens to client queries and evaluates client concerns and needs, and develops plans to improve client experience. May have dotted line people management responsibilities. Contributes to the achievement of team goals. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
