As Office and Finance Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the company administration and finance, ensuring the sales teams are supported and carrying out core necessary accounting duties.

Description

As Office and Finance Manager you will be respsonsible for the following;

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Monthly payment runs
  • Management information pack
  • VAT Returns
  • Intrastat management
  • Credit control / debt recovery
  • Control and supervision of office staff
  • Dealing with inbound telephone calls from clients
  • Communication with the sales team
  • Order processing and invoice raising
  • Data input
  • Credit card expenses
  • Control of annual leave
  • Control of company vehicles and equipment

Profile

The successful Office and Finance Manager will ideally have the following desirable skill set;

  • AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience
  • Relevant knowledge of required finance processes
  • Excellent communication skills
