Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are recruiting for one of the world's leading Facility Services companies. The company in question has a global turnover of over £1 Billion with over 450,000 employees globally. Continuous growth and progression sees them recruit for a Finance Business Partner.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will highlight all key risks and opportunities on the contracts and have full involvement in contract negotiations where a material change to service and funding is anticipated. As part of your role, you will work alongside the Divisional Director to ensure that all Divisional financial targets are met through identifying business trends, managing financial risks/opportunities and working with all levels of operational management. You will analyse, interrogate and finalise the management accounts on a periodic basis to a tight timescale, ensuring all income and costs are accounted for. Lastly, you will be required to attend client meetings and lead discussions on financial issues such as debt management, additional works invoicing and contractual uplift negotiations.

Salary & Requirements: £50k plus further benefits including a 10% Bonus. The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience within business partnering, full management accounts production and stakeholder management. Exposure to bids, tenders and contracts is desirable but not a prerequisite.
