The day to day...
Financial management, preparing budgets, forecasts and monthly accounts
Strategic direction and successful performance of business units across a range of KPIs
Provide information and advice to support organisational change, implement business agendas
Leading financial management's local teams, ensuring effective workload allocation and provision of excellent financial information
Business partnering with senior management on financial performance and KPI monitoring
Presenting management accounts and other financial information at monthly finance meetings
Completing business cases, investment appraisals and financial reviews
Dealing with complex finance queries
You will also be responsible for line management of staff within the team.
Who are we looking for...
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Extensive Finance Manager / Business Partner experience
Proven track record of leadership
Significant experience of budgeting and complex reporting in large organisations
Excellent report-writing, interpersonal, IT, negotiation and organisational skills
The ability to influence and deliver change.
