The Company
Our client is in the FinTech/ Software industry, experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire a dynamic Finance Leader to join them as the Senior Finance Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, you will manage the full spectrum of accounting and reporting activities. Responsibilities include monthly and quarterly financial close processes, intercompany reconciliations, liaison with external auditors on annual audit process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards for overseas subsidiaries as well as to company accounting policies and requirements.
You will work closely with in-country teams and cross-functional stakeholders in driving strategic activities to support business performance and expansion plans. You will also manage financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities, cashflow planning, taxation, contracts review, cost management as well as revenue recognition and collection matters. In addition, you will oversee and drive process streamlining and system enhancement initiatives as well as aspects relating to internal controls.
Working in a dynamic and nimble set up, you need to be equipped with strong Finance & Accounting (SFRS/IFRS) technical experience as well as the ability to be hands-on.

Your Profile
- Degree-qualified CA/ CPA with minimum 10 years of professional experience (Prior Big 4 background a plus)
- Required industry exposure: FinTech, Software, E-Commerce sectors
- Successful candidate should be a hands-on finance leader, and has excellent communication and presentation skills
