A permanent Finance Analyst role has arisen for a global Medical and Pharmaceuticals business based in Hertford. This is a full time permanent role involving manipulating large amounts of data, running reports on tenders and pricing, stakeholder management and much more. Salary up to £40,000 with excellent benefits. Ideally seeking a Degree Educated person who has a background in a commercial and analytical role who is looking to progress.

My client are within the Pharmaceutical/Medical industry and are based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. They have offices all over the globe and offer excellent benefits, progression and training. You will be part of a large Finance team and be involved with many projects and tenders. This role is highly analytical so will ideally require a candidate who is able to manipulate data and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders to become their successful Finance Analyst.

Description

Finance Analyst Duties:

  • Reporting into a hands on Commercial Finance Manager
  • Leading a commercial pricing strategy
  • Advanced modelling to assist the sales team with the tendering process in order to maximise profits
  • Stakeholder management with Sales team and Development specialists in order to understand their role and help with pricing queries
  • Build and maintain complex financial modelling tools used by the sales team (Cost Calculators, Framework Tools, Product Alternatives)
  • Management of bespoke commercial agreements Providing analysis on wholesaler market share data Ownership of pricing for all tenders

    • Ideally a degree educated candidate

    • A background in an Analytical role, ideally modelling experience

    • Proficient with Excel to an intermediate/Advanced level

    • Hard working progressive person

    • The ability to business partner and build relationships Local to Hertford ideally
