The opportunity


Our highly successful Advisory team is growing, and we are looking to connect with professionals interested in joining us as a Manager. We have opportunities across both our Strategy & Customer competencies and are looking for individuals who are driven, analytical and able to solve the most complex problems for our clients.

Your key responsibilities
  • Strategy: Help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational and operational issues by formulating business strategy, defining strategic initiatives, transforming client's operation by defining operating model and improving business processes
  • Customer: Help clients define and deliver Smart Experiences for their customers and employees that contribute to driving growth and innovation to address the increasing expectations of customers in a connected world
  • Structuring the work and leading the streams in strategic transformation, operating model change, and experience design and delivery projects
  • Delivery of the stream results at all levels of client management
  • Maintaining and expanding external networks
  • Guiding and development of more junior colleagues
Skills and attributes for success
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills OR excellent problem solving, experience design (Service Design, CX, UX, interaction design), or product management skills
  • A degree in business, commerce or a related major coupled with 4-8 years' experience in a relevant consulting role, working on numerous projects or policy implementation
  • A degree in field relevant to experience design and product management with 4-8 years experience in delivery of product or service design projects
  • Proven track record of people management experience in relevant projects and industries
  • Preparing and delivering client proposals
  • Strong ability to influence and lead others
  • Strong communication and written skills in English
  • Experience in strategic and operational model projects
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships with clients
