The company is the largest of its kind in the world and operates more than 450 offices worldwide and has clients in more than 100 countries. The organisation offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.

The organisation is currently looking to recruit for a Global FP&A Planning and Reporting Systems Manager. The role will report directly into the Global CFO of the organisation's largest contract and manage through the regional finance teams, the Anaplan, Adaptive Planning and other local forecast models ensuring accuracy of the YTD actual, PY, Client budget and Plan data held within the models for comparative purposes. As part of the role, you will liaise with key divisional and senior stakeholders to scope the requirements of the tools and work closely with them throughout the plan and forecast cycles to ensure their requirements are met. You will manage the change control process and finalisation of Divisional numbers as well as facilitate user acceptance testing of the Annual Plan tool with Divisional Financial Controllers. Lastly, you will have ownership and oversight of all output from the Anaplan Data Hub, Adaptive Planning (the central repository and account based tool for finance information).

Salary and Requirements: £70-75k plus further benefits. All applicants must be fully qualified, have an extensive FP&A background. A proven track record of systems and process improvement is also highly desired.
