- understand the vision of our various stakeholders
- conduct requirements-gathering activities like end user interviews
- analyze and evaluate the business processes, products and services
- evaluate high level requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs / benefit)
- identify the impact on interfacing solutions
- generate Business Rules / Use Cases and the corresponding Software Requirement Specifications
- review test cases, support of the testing units in test design and execution
- support the scrum team in completing any kind of activities
coordinate and coach the more junior analysts
- a previous experience as a business analyst within an agile team on front-end applications
- fundamental business analysis experience in the financial industry (preferably in the area of Sales and MArketing)
- experience in a different role: testing or development
- an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
- fluent in German and English
