This is a newly created role to support the Company Accountant. At the moment there's a gap with the Finance team between the Accountant and the Transactional team and they need a brilliant Assistant Accountant to fill the gap.
Client Details
My client is a 25 million t/o business who are market leading within their field. They have a tight knit finance team and are predicting some substantial growth for the future.
Description
- Monitoring and forecasting Cashflow
- VAT reporting
- Fixed Asset Register
- Creating and developing reports using data & excel skills
- General ledger maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliations including accruals and prepayments
- Monthly management accounts
- Year end audit
Profile
The successful candidate needs to portray:

- Computer literacy - Excel skills will be important.
- Flexibility to work and progress within small finance team
Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a salary paying up to £30,000 per anumm and excellent company benefits.
