A division of a global company is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all Accounting and Finance as well as HR for their location.
There will be great training for this role – the current Finance Manager is retiring in 2020 and will work to get the role transitioned successfully.
A small team to manage – this role is both hands on and high level.
IFRS and Percentage of completion experience a plus as well as a blended experience with both a smaller and larger organizations.
Candidates need to have the ability to work with all areas of an organization and build collaborative relationships.
- CPA required or on track to get CPA
- 5+ years experience of Accounting and Finance
- Experience in a hands–on Accounting leadership role
- Management experience required
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- IFRS experience preferred
- HR experience preferred
