Job Description :

Leading international offshore & marine company
Transportation provided from West
5 days work week; 8am to 6pm (Mon-Thur) & 8am to 5pm (Fri)

Our Client is an international leading offshore & marine company.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Full Set of Accounts including GL, AP/AR, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Petty Cash and cash flows
Liaise with BU Op, Shared Service Centre and vendors to resolve issues
Liaise with BU Op to collect customer payments, review of AR aging
Review AP/AR report generated by Finance Admin Exec
Review payment proposal prior to Finance Manager's approval
Implement KPIs to track and improve performance of AR and AP within BU
Treasury Matters include Cashflow Forecast
Assist in month-end closing activities
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or professional qualification such as ACCA
At least 2 years of experience in handling full set account
Knowledge in accounting system such as Microsoft excel and ACCPAC
Other Information:
Location: Gul Circle (Transport provided from West)
Working days: 5 days work week; 8am to 6pm (Mon-Thur) & 8am to 5pm (Fri)
Salary: Basic Up to $4,300
