Job Description:

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintenance and handling of clients' books including monthly and quarterly financial statements. This person must be a detail oriented self starter with good organizational skills and have the ability to problem solve. Experience in accounting with emphasis regarding the general ledger and flow thru, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick-books Online is essential to be accomplished in this position. Experience in bill.com is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage all bookkeeping related tasks for clients including but not limited to:

The candidate will be responsible for generating monthly Financials and will be working with US Small Business Customers and finalizing the books and Year end Financials. The candidate will be reviewing financials on Monthly/ Quarterly and Annual.

Qualification and Skills Required:

Strong Accounting background, Experience working on Accounts for US Small Business Customers
Excellent Written and Verbal Comm skills
Experience working on Quick Books, QBD and Xero and MS Office
Willing to work under Business Pressure and in Night/Rotational shifts.

Core Responsibilities

Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Attend Client Review Meetings to discuss books and prepare financials by making necessary adjustments
