Qualifications/requirements:
Experience:
At least 3 years experience working handling Stock Accounting and Warehouse supervision duties
Duties/Responsibilities:-
Stock Accountant/Warehouse Supervisor Office will be at the warehouse.
He/She will be in-charge of all the stock in the warehouse and will be in-charge of the following duties:-
Issuing stocks to the field sales staff, handle stock and revenue reconciliations, make reports on the stock opening and stock closing records.
Explain any variation arising between stock opening and stock closing records, Mpesa account reconciliation, preparation of bank reconciliation statement, cash book maintenance, filing of monthly VAT returns and other statutory deductions, capturing all transactions in the system among other duties.
Expected Salary:- Kshs. 25,000 - 35,000 plus benefits
