My client, a financial services provider with corporate offices in Dublin City Centre, have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in financial services. They are looking for 2 Finance Administrators to join their busy team for 6 months.

You will sit amongst junior and senior analysts getting great exposure to the day to day running of a professional office. For the right candidate this is a great opportunity to upskill and build your professional CV.

This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start, based in Dublin 2. Salary is ₠30k pro rata.

The main focus of this role will be to maintain all customer records accurately and to ensure that all actions are completed in adherence to all controlled policies, procedures and legislative requirements while providing excellent customer service.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Maintain financial information and records
  • Process customer driven transactions, including refunds, journals and cash payments
  • Prepare daily bank spreadsheets to support bank reconciliation process
  • Assist financial analysts in queries relating to cash processes
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure all internal and external relationships are maintained at high standards
  • Ensure all queries are identified and resolved without delay

Role requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience working in a busy corporate office is essential
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite this will be tested!
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong communication skills
