Commercially focused role with responsibility for a large cost base (£100m+) and where your insight and decision making can have a real impact on the business.
You will be one of the senior members of the Operational Finance team and will be focused on partnering key stakeholders throughout the Retail function with the aim of driving forward business performance.

Finance Business Partner - Retail, Circa £50K, worcestershire
You will assist in providing commercial financial and cost support including:
- Financial ownership of the £100m+ shop payroll budget, involving a close relationship with the Retail Support team
- Reporting, designing and refining the shop bonus schemes
- Being the Finance expert in the design, specification and implementation of the new store labour model
- Developing, preparing and communicating management information required for weekly and monthly review meetings. Attending meetings as required
- Business partnering the Retail Area Managers and wider Retail Team
- Supporting the Commercial Finance team in the provision of financial information and variance analysis, adding value through insight
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and long term plans for cost outlook
- Willingness and flexibility to support other areas of the business outside of day to day role
- Deputising for the Head of Operational Finance as required
