Client Reporting Manager

Robert Half are currently recruiting for a commercial real estate services and investment firm. The company is the largest of its kind in the world and operates more than 450 offices worldwide and has clients in more than 100 countries. The organisation offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.

The organisation is currently looking to recruit a Client Reporting Manager. The role will report directly into the Client Finance Director and develop client reporting and management information packs using data from a variety of source systems to provide a robust and insightful view of the financial and non-financial performance of the contract. As part of the role, you will drive increased visibility of Key Performance KPI's including Engineer Productivity, Facilities/Project spend, Project Profitability. You will be required to Provide insight and analysis on underlying trends in performance, identifying action steps required to improve Key Performance KPI's. Lastly, you will further develop the contract headcount & payroll model enabling clear visibility of resources employed vs bid proposals.

A large proportion of the role will revolve around MI, systems, process improvement. Driving the systems will be a key proponent.

Salary and Requirements: £55-60k plus further benefits. All applicants must be fully qualified, possess extensive MI, Systems and process improvement experience. Modelling and experience with large datasets are also highly desired.
