The management accountant will play an important part for my clients accountancy team based in Horley.

Client Details

My client a well known company in their industry, is looking for a management accountant to join their busy accountancy team.

Description

The day to day duties for the management accountant shall be:

  • Banking: Processing transactions and bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Responsible for weekly payment runs, supplier statement and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Preparing monthly close down figures for Sales/Purchase/Nominal ledgers.
  • Preparing monthly period end management accounts and associated reports.

  • Sales Ledger: Raising new accounts, chasing customers, sending overdue letters, resolving queries, producing weekly reports.

  • Payroll processing including entering time sheets, printing reports, payslips, sending auto pay

Profile

The successful candidate shall have experience in the above,

Studying a financial qualifications (CIMA & ACCA)

Be able to travel to Horley for work. Also when required the head office based in Kent.

Job Offer

Salary £35,000-£40,000

Plus additional benefits.
