Robert Half Finance and Accounting have an Accounts Assistant vacancy in Bridgend

Role

To develop, implement and maintain an effective and professional credit control system for the company as well as providing support with month end close and preparing the management accounts.

To keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques.

Carry out month end Accounts Receivable procedure. Including currency translation, dealing with credit balances, period-end close and updating W/C Scorecard.

Ownership of the invoice production and issuing of invoices to customers. Ensure the billing is accurate and in a timely manner.

Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations (including bank reconciliations)

Support with preparation of intrastat reporting

Preparing VAT returns

£23,000 to £26,000 plus benefits

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
