Commercial Finance Manager

I am recruiting the newly created role of Commercial Finance Manager for a well known global name based in Basildon, Essex. With a dynamic and supportive culture they are an employer of choice and looking for a candidate that will grow and develop further in the business in years to come.Reporting into the Regional Finance Director your role will be to provide proactive and performance improving support to the Sales and Marketing teams whilst managing one direct report in a fast paced environment.The role:-• Provide Sales forecasts and analysis for various regions• Collate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on key sales and order statistics• Provide support to the Sales network, providing them with support on pricing and contract tenders• Manage key relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations• Provide financial information and analysis on a customer level to the commercial teams, and assist with analysis of prospective distributor partners• Work with the CRM () to drive strong analytics focused on funnel, conversion, book and turn etc.• Monitor, measure, manage and recommend changes as required to the Sales Bonus SchemeThe candidate:-• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant• Experienced within a senior finance role as a Business Partner or Commercial / Finance Analyst• Advanced Excel skills will need to be evidenced• Good communications skills and experience of dealing with non finance people• Ambitious with the ability to work under pressureFor further information please contact Andy at Pure on .
