For our CFO network, we are looking for experienced Finance Directors and CFOs in the Munich area, who are seeking a new challenge in a private equity-backed firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a highly efficient and lean finance function
• Implementation and optimisation of best-in-class management information systems and KPIs
• Coordination and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Reporting of accurate financial results to the management and shareholders
• Continuous improvement and optimisation of finance processes as well as controlling instruments
• Guiding the organisation through strong organic growth
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors and the investor

YOUR PROFILE:

• Excellent academic record, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling
• Significant experience in a CFO experience or alternatively experienced Finance Directors / Head of Controlling professionals with a proven track record of setting up structures in fast-growing markets
• Experience and / or an affinity to the healthcare sector is helpful, though not a must
• Outstanding finance skill-set (Accounting, Controlling, Financing, Budgeting)
• Ability to constantly improve processes
• Past experience working with PE investors is beneficial
• Good knowledge of IT systems
• Pro-active, entrepreneurial and hands-on approach; accustomed to working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mind-set and outstanding business judgement, results-driven and goal-oriented
• Fluency in German and English
