Finance Manager

The Company

My client is an SME Recruitment agency based in the City of London. They are all about culture and are currently recruiting for a Sole Finance manager who will report into the MD and Operations Director.

The Role

Responsible for all aspects of finance for the business, including data record keeping, reporting, forecasting and monthly account creation. The Finance Manager will also have responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management and company banking.

The Finance Manager will report directly to the company Managing Director and support with all financial decision making and planning. As part of the management team the Finance Manager will join monthly board meetings to discuss financial results and future forecasts.

Profile

To apply for this role you will have at least 6 years finance experience and be competent in producing accounts to trial balance. As this is a sole role, you must be happy with a top to bottom, all round position which will give you maximum exposure to the business. You will be confident liaising with senior stakeholders and be able to add value to "the numbers".

Salary

£40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
