Robert Half are Recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work for a well known business in Redditch who are offering a flexible working role of 20 / 30 hours 5 days a week.

Well known manufacturing business based in Redditch who are known nationally are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on Part time basis. 20 / 30 hours.

Role

The Accounts Assistant role is Permanent but may be offered as a temp to perm basis depending on the candidate's experience.

• Purchase Ledger
• Queries from suppliers
• Accounts receivable
• Assisting the management accountant with helping to prepare the management accounts
• Reconciliations

Person

This role will suit an Accounts or finance assistant who takes initiative and is comfortable setting procedures and changing methods of practice Proactively. The successful candidate will have at least 2 year's experience in general office accounting and will live within 8 miles of Redditch.

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Experience of preparing the month end including prepayments accruals and processing journal entries
