Graduate Accountant

Robert Half is currently working with a fantastic growing client to recruit a graduate/ trainee accountant. My client is looking to bring in a recent graduate from a finance & accounting degree and train up and provide study support. My client is an accounting practise based near Altrincham, South Manchester.

Role

The role is a graduate/ trainee accountant based in practise. Ideal for a recent graduate either with 12 months experience or who has just graduated in 2019. The role is based within a small accounting practise with ambitious growth plans over the next five years. In order to support those growth plans my client is now looking to bring in an extra head who they can train, coach and put through their ACCA/ CIMA qualification.

You will be working directly with qualified accountants to support you in your personal development and helping clients of the practise.

Profile

My client is looking for a recent graduate from a finance degree who is looking to get into practise. You must be good with technology and have the tenacity to want to learn.

This is a small practise and so team fit for my client is paramount. We want all rounded individuals who are not afraid to muck in and help with ad hoc tasks as and when. Whether that might be seeing clients in to a boardroom and getting coffees or assisting with queries over the phone. We want candidates with good people skills - although we are not expecting you to be speaking with clients from day one!

Salary on offer is £18-20k with full study support on offer. A great opportunity.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
