If you are excellent at working to deadlines, have strong communication skills and are looking to develop your career in Tax then this is the role for you. This position gives you excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity work with on Tax Advisory and Reporting work in quieter periods.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating questions and assisting with responses for revenue authorities, liaising with various business units and other areas within Finance, tracking of revenue authority enquiries and monitoring the status of responses, performing reviews of documents for legal professional privilege and accountants' concession and assisting with the tax return amendment process along with the lodgement of amendments.
To be successful, you will possess approximately 2-4 years' tax experience, ideally in a corporate tax role and experience in tax compliance, tax reporting or transfer pricing highly desired You will have confidence in dealing with senior executives and managing tight timeframes and consistently maintain a professional and proactive attitude combined with your ability to balance conflicting priorities. In this role it is important to demonstrate computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and document management skills.
